Tasks:

  • Building, managing and developing the by-product sales business within the company group, taking overall leading responsibilities of by-product sales (fields: animal husbandry, agriculture, food processing, milk production)
  • Understand regional, european, worldwide by-product market, define the scope of strategic initiatives to proactively identify growth opportunities
  • Strengthening the global market presence of the Bonafarm group by-product
  • Sales of processed and unprocessed by-products
  • Preparing and monitoring annual sales business plan and operating standards
  • Lead tracking, reporting and forecasting on sales targets, KPI’s, provide proactive inputs on sales performance
  • Manage investment projects from start to finish including setting sales objectives
  • Product development- professional, needs- and solution oriented consulting of customer from industry with the extensive product portfolio 
  • Close cooperation with the decision makers on the customer side as well as the internal intefaces

Expectations:

  • Advanced specialized qualification (Economist or food industry engineer)
  • At least 5 years by-product sales/ or and business development experience 
  • Proven track record in business development and key account management
  • Fluent in English
  • High level of communication
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Mobility, high willingness to travel 
  • Residence within the EU
